We feature both residential and commercial prefabs or parcels to lease. You can see what is available for rent at the Missing Mile train station or by exploring Peanut Grove.
The prim (land impact) rates are as follows:
-
Missing Mile (Soap sim): 2L per prim (weekly).
-
Peanut Grove (Paper sim): 2L per prim (weekly).
The prim limit can be raised or lowered on request. Contact Loch Newchurch in-world or Discord for any requests.
